AVCC - Ground Work and Duties

The work put in by members in repairing and maintaining the ground and facilities is vital to allowing the club to be ready to play cricket. Your help is much appreciated in out-of-season work and work on the wickets during the season (e.g. rolling the wickets).

We are now fortunate to have the services of one of Radley College's groundsmen to help prepare pitches. However, they will be doing only the skilled element of the work - we still need members to volunteer in other groundwork and the rolling of pitches. The work is simple to do, and training will be provided - if you can spare some time to help, please contact Tom Scrase (Snr.) who will be more than willing to place you on the rota!
